Soon 10 Digit Mobile Number Change Into 13 Digits: Did you hear that the Indian Govt. is going to change 10
digit mobile numbers in to 13 digits? Yes it’s true. Your mobile number is
about to change soon. The government is preparing it. Now mobile numbers will
come with 13 digits, not 10 digits. After 1 July 2018, the new number will get
13 digit mobile numbers. The Ministry of Communications has issued instructions
to all the states in this regard. BSNL has also started preparations for this.
According to official sources, a decision has been taken in this regard in the
meeting held in Delhi in the last few days.
According to sources, in the meeting it was said that there
was no scope for new mobile numbers at the level of 10 points. For this reason
a series of more than 10 digits should be started and later all the mobile
numbers will be made up of 13 points.
All service providers will have to update their system after
the new number of mobile numbers comes. In this regard, the order has been
issued to all the circle telecommunication service providers. According to
senior BSNL officials, by December 2018, old mobile numbers will also be
updated under this process.
