Nokia 1 Android Go Features, Specifications, Price and Release Date: The Nokia 1 Android Go Edition smartphone has been launched in India. Nokia 1 Android Go Edition has been made available in the popular stores across the country for Rs 5,499. Remember that the company of Nokia’s smartphone maker, HMD Global, had first introduced this handset in the Mobile World Congress organized in February. Nokia had launched 5 new mobile phones simultaneously which were of different budgets. Nokia 1 was the cheapest Android phone in these smartphones. During this time the company had informed that Nokia 1 will be made available in India in the beginning of April.

The biggest feature of Nokia 1 is that this phone has been introduced on Android Go. Because of this Android Go, this phone has less RAM and low specifications but it is capable of fasting process. Let us tell you that Lava Mobiles launched the Lava Z50 Android Go handset last week. In the Android Go version, users also have a great experience in budget hardware. Apps such as Gmail go and Google Maps Go has been created for this Android platform.
Nokia 1 is Nokia’s cheapest smartphone in India. Another feature of this smartphone is the Express-on-Two-Tone Polycarbonate Exchangable Cover. With this, the user will be able to personalize the cover of his smartphone. In India this phone has been introduced in warm red and dark blue color variants.

Nokia 1 Android Go Specifications

The Nokia 1 smartphone will run on Android Orio (Go Edition). It will have 1 GB RAM with 1.1 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT 6737 M Chipset. It has 4.5 inch FWVGA (480×854 pixels) IPS display. The phone has a fixed focus lens of 5 megapixels and the LED flash is also there. A fixed 2-megapixel fixed focus camera is provided on the front panel.

Nokia 1’s inbuilt storage is 8 GB. It is possible to use the MicroSD card up to 128 GB if needed. The smartphone includes 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 B / G / N, Bluetooth V4.2, GPS / A-GPS, FM radio, Micro-USB and 3.5mm audio jack. It has accelerometer, ambient light sensor and proximity sensor.

The battery is of 2150 mAh. It has been talk time of up to 9 hours and standby time of up to 15 days has been claimed. The smartphone’s dimensions are 133.6×67.78×9.5 millimeters. There is also a headset in the box.
